TRILINGUAL
PROJECT:
² COMMUNICATES IN IT. ² TEACHES THIS LANGUAGE. ²
TEACHES USING THIS LANGUAGE. The English teachers only speak
English to pupils ( never Spanish or catalan) and this is in any situation and
not only during the English lessons (on excursions, in the playground….), as
an example. THE SCHOOL’S ORGANIZATION IS BASED ON THE TEACHERS’ REFERENCE LANGUAGES (TEACHERS’ LEVEL AND CLASS ASSIGNMENTS, TIMETABLES…) ·
ALL STUDENTS SHOULD USE THE SPECIFIC TEACHER’S
LANGUAGE REFERENCE.

TEACHERS OF CATALAN ENGLISH
LESSONS:
The students
receive English lessons since they are 3. 3
years old :1 hour per
week (divided into 2 halves) 4/5
years old : 1 hour and a
half per week (divided into 3 halves ) 1st
of primay : (6/7 years
old) 3 sessions of 45 minutes per week 2nd
of primary: (7/8 years
old) 2 sessions of 45 minutes per week 3rd/4th
of primary: (8/10 years
old) 3 sessions of 45 minutes-60 minutes a week) 5th
and 6th of primary:
(10/12 years old) 4 sessions of 45-60 minutes a week. ICT
in English:
1st-6th
level of primary :
4 sessions per week. The class is divided in 2 groups so each student receives 2
